disappearing button

I have a command button that occasionally disappears. When it does, I can see what is behind it i.e. the desktop or the form behind it. I can click in the space where the button was and still run the code for the button's click event. How can this be, and more importantly, how can I make this button stop disappearing?

Sounds like a refresh problem...

Try setting the autoredraw property of the form to true.
