global address list retrieval

I'd like to know how to retieve the addresses from the global address list.

I know its got something to do with mapi and cdo

What is the "Global Address list" ?

email addresses

Global Address List is the list of all the email addresses in the company on the server

What kind of server, how is the data stored?

it using MS exchange

I'm using CDO, but I don't know the syntax to get the address list
