Hiding PictureBoxes when using BitBlt

The game I am making uses BitBlt for the view area (its tile based) and I was wondering how one makes the picture box with the BitBlt tiles in it invisible but still able to transfer the image. I've tried placing it off the form and .visible = false, but none seem to work. Suggestions?

I think what you want to do is to set the BorderStyle to None...

hmm.. my border style is already set to none, not what I am looking for. I dont want the user to be able to see the source picture box.

Uhh.... I'm not exactly sure what Orufet means, but try setting AutoRedraw = True.

I have a project that I just recently did, it's very small, but requires WINZIP to open. I had the same problem as you, when you open this program, just look at all of the properties of the picture boxes
