Visual timer?

ok, um,..any one know how to make a timer that not only runs for 60 seconds, but also is a visible timer on a form, sortof like a stop watch?
This is probably going to include a few text box etc...

and for extra knowledge, i'll send in this attatchment, showing you how im trying to implement it in a typinng tutor program of mine;)

Timer's can't be visible. Use a graphic

Or you could just use a label to display the time left.
Just have a timer that updates the label every second.
60...59...58...(I'm sure you know the rest)

Your best bet would probably to create an activeX controll shouldn't be to hard...
Then you could Use it with any other projects that you would want it for...
