Music in VB

Does anyone know how to music in a Visual Basic program?

you can use the multimedia control or APIs for this

1) Use multimedia controls, API, or DirectX

2) Why is this in Random Thoughts?

If you have Windows Media Player 7+, there should be an ActiveX control labeled 'windows media player dookickey' or something to the effect of that. I think I heard that you could invisably insert music on a form using this control

i once looked in the developpers corner of winamp and i saw interesting stuff on how to use winamp controls from your application

Using the API is really pretty easy to play MP3's in an app. I made a pretty simple player in a very short time (didn't save the project or I would attach the darn thing.)
