List box problem

I have a 2 list boxes that shows only one line at a time and I want the visible line to be selected on both boxes so that when the user scrolls through the box, what he sees is what he gets without making another click. Is this possible and how?

Thanks, that is kinda what I wanted but when you use the Scroll Bar it doesn't work right! Any Ideas?
