Not Authorized to View Page from Web App Deployment

Ok, I ran through the distributed Application Walkthrough on the MSDN from Visual Studio .Net, after I built my Web Application I tried to deploy it on my server, everything deployed fine, no errors or anything, but when I try and view it from a web page (from the server itself), it says I am not authorized to view the page. So I go to the sharing permissions on the folder that was created from the deploy, but when I try and enable web sharing it says that the name I'm trying to use is already used ( the name of the web app is AuthorsWebApp, but I'm not allowed to use it, I can use AuthorsWebApp2 ). I know this is more of a server permissions kind of question, but I was hoping someone here has run into this or knows how to handle it.

Nevermind, stupid me, was trying to access the folder and not the webform itself:

http:\\localhost\AuthorsWebApp

should be:

http:\\localhost\AuthorsWebApp\wepapp1.aspx
