Hi

I've searched the net and various books on this topic but can't come up with an answer
Is it possible to update varios access databases located on the same machine,at once, with the same information.Any ideas?

Thanks

Use a For:Next loop. Within the loop, create a connection to a database(x), update it, close the connection; then do again for the next database(x+1). Because VB6 isn't multi-threaded; there really is no "at once".

That makes a lot of sense!
Thanks :D

Well, you "*could*" use an Update Statement that consists of both MDB files. But this would get tricky, because if you have fields with the same name, or any sort of link between the database, it is tedious. But, opening two connections and loop both until EOF, using the .update command isn't bad practice.
