ADO Data control or ADO code

Just a quick question!

I have always connected to a database using an a ADO connection written through code, but is this essentialy the same as using a ADO control placed on the form and then creating recordsets - or can you not do that with a data control?

Trust me, stick with your current method, ADO connection and recordset objects. Don't use ADODC controls. You will thank yourself in the long run. Basically, don't change anything, you are using the best method.
