Free VB compiler

Someone was asking about VB compiler. It was said, that he can't get one (he was using CCE I believe).

I was searching for something and found THIS (http://www.freebyte.com/programming/compilers/envelop.html) site. They claim they've got a FREE VB compiler for anybody to download. I've been there and saw it.

Maybe this will come in handy for someone.

Not sure about this compiler, but sometime back (maybe 5 or 6 years ago) Envelop was an alternative to VB. Totally seperate language back then. Maybe they have changed since that time. Nice language though for that matter, just not as well developed at the time as VB was.

Might be so. They claim ( as far as I can remember) that it compiles to VB. Haven't tried it, but I'm going to (couriosity).
