Put asn image transparent as a splashscreen

Hi, does anyone can put the image I have in atachment as a transparent splashscreen? I used some functions I found but I don't wanna lost the quality and even the white placement inside the circle.

So what do you want to make transparent? Just the outside?

What I would do is colour the parts you want to make transparent lime green, (RGB: 0,255,0).

Then create a new form, and place the image as the background image of the form, then set the transparency key property of the form to 0,255,0.

First thanks for your help, well what I really wanted was to make a tranparent form with that image, I mean only that image will appear, but I want that only the round part of the image appears, i downloaded some samples that shows that feature but idt didn't work very well with this image.
I don't know if you could help me, i know it seems a little hard to do.
