Is it possible to communicate on these 2 OSI levels specifically with the winsock control, using Hardware mac addressing and TSAP id's?
*TSAP id's are used by PLCs, sort of like an address, or sorts.
Basically, I want to communicate with PLC's using a custom interface, even if i have to design it myself.. I have searched the web, and there is nothing specific that will let you do this.
