RSS feed and CheckListBox

Anyone have a good component or short cut for populating a listbox (or better yet, a checklistbox) control with XML from an RSS feed?

It's easy to do with a DataGrid but not so easy to do with a listbox or checklistbox.

How do you mean by "populate"? Woul you like each item to go under a listbox member? Each row? Each tag?
