CommonDialog Help...

I recently got VB5 and I used CommonDialog A LOT. But something went wrong and I had to reinstall VB5. Now, It says that I cant use CommonDialog because 'I dont have the license'.
How do I fix this?

Microsoft addressed this problem at their site and offers a solution which will help some people (not me).
