New post icons.

Even after I view posts, the little envelope icons still show paper coming out of them. Why? What are the envelope icons with the jumbled up paper for?

I think that icon is for threads with more than 20 posts.

No Robby, the threads with > 20 posts have red folders. The ones with 'paper' sticking out are ones which you havent read (supposedly). They work for me

Don't worry, your not alone - posts sometimes refused to admit they've been read for lots of users of the forum. My favourite is when a thread is marked unread because I've just posted in it!

Bob (owner) does this because he enjoys it. Trying to guilt him into action won't do anything constructive, and it sounds more like complaining than trying to help. Bob is working on issues behind the scenes, and in order of priority which he deems appropriate. As this is HIS site, I feel that is his right to do so. I must say that a posting icon is a small thing indeed to complain about.

If you can't handle the "growing pains" we are currently experiencing as a result of this software upgrade, there are alternatives for you.

I never complained about a posting icon. Hell, I never complained about anything.

I'm just making people aware that there are bugs that don't seem to affect everyone, still going on.
