word child on top

i made a prog that makes one of my forms a child of word. the standard Call SetWindowPos(x.hwnd, HWND_TOPMOST, 0&, 0&, 0&, 0&, FLAGS) doesnt keep my form on top inside word. does anyone know how i can make my from stay on top inside word?
