hey all,
Here's a simple class that accepts an object Form, Picture.... and will dither the object according to the set properties. It adjusts the dither effect for form resizing bla bla....
dither Vertically or horizontally
chose between a variety of dither colors
Fairly simple, nothing to fancy. but its quick and looks slick!
