msflexgrid drag

hi guys,

I created a sample msflexgrid drag & drop (attached) but basically it will only drag on 'big moves' (ie. if the cursor must be outside the grid). Is there a 'method' to overcome this? so I can drag it on 'small moves' (ie. the cursor doesn't have to be outside the grid)?
