Make Exe file in runtime mode

I wirte a program that need to make a exe file for my users.
I need a command or activeX to compile and make exe file of a project when my program in runtime.
Please note that my project will make exe from a visula basic existing project.
So, I need a command to make a exe file from into another projects ( this project be exe late)

I look forward to hearing as soon as posible

The only way you could do it is if VB was installed on the target machine, and the chances of that are minimal at best.

You can only do this if on all target machines Visual Basic has been installed.

But can first explain why you would need such a thing?

You could probably do this in QBASIC but not VB. Because in order to make EXE files you need to compile the code there is no compilers available except for Visual Basic itself. So there is no way to compile EXE files.
