OutOfMemory Exception when installing VB.NET

I have been using VB.NET 2003 Standard for about a month on my computer, when suddenly I began getting OutOfMemory Exception errors, and my programs refused to run.

I tried a re-install of VB, but now I'm getting errors trying to install it. It stops when installing the WebBrowser Package and gives the error "An exception 'System.OutOfMemory Exception' occurred in DefaultDomain".

I can ignore this error and continue the install and open VB. But now I'm getting the error "Execution Permission Cannot be Acquired" if I try to create a new project.

I'm quite stumped. It was working fine, then these errors just starting occurring out of the blue. I can't get anything to work now. Anyone have any ideas?

I've found the problem. There was something wrong with the Microsoft .Net Framework. I uninstalled and reinstalled that and now it is working fine.
