Popup Message on Mouse Over Control

Hi all-

I am trying to find a way to display a message when the mouse is over a command button. I don't want to create a menu item, I just want to provide a useful hint when the mouse is over the button (e.g. "Click here for more information"). Is their a built-in API or do I have to make my own via a form, or picture box.

Is the ToolTipText sufficient, or do you need more than that?
