INI files - Reading and writing.

I think that some people don't want to use the registry for storing user-editable information and instead use INI files. I made a little project that has functions that use INI files and then some examples on reading strings, reading integers, and writing both. Maybe this post is in the wrong place but I didn't know where else to put it!
