Have you ever been asked a question from a co-worker, only to have them ask it again?

Have you ever been asked a question from a co-worker, only to have them ask it again?

Employee came in asking for a sytem change. This change was completed. They were told in person it was complete. They came in again 20 minutes later making the same request. Literally same question and expression. As if they never asked before. Without making a fuss, I kindly reminded them it had already been taken care of, and they were informed of this. I'm met with "You never told me it was all set. So, it's all set then?". TGIF.

Random.

Even better....

Fellow employee asks you a question on Monday.
You give them the answer.
They then proceed to argue with you about how wrong your answer is.
You prove the correctness of your answer.
They ask three other people, who give the same answer you did.
They still argue.
On Thursday, they ask the question again because they don't remember what they were told to begin with.

And if I beat the hell out of this person, he wouldn't understand why.

Its even better with old people (90+)
I can tell my grandma that my sister is getting married, and make her day because she is so happy for my sister.
I can tell her 10 minutes later and get the exact same reaction...
I know it's mean but I have a lot of fun doing that.

Well, it's not too bad. At least your grandma is getting a little extra pleasure out of it too. :)

hahahaaaha
that was really funny!
i agree with Banjo that since this gives extra happiness and pleasure it is not so bad..
However this should have a limit which shouldn't be overpassed..

(do the math)
