I am needing help and someone suggested I attach my files as ZIPs but I don't know how to convert my files to zips.

Can someone explain how to do that?

I have some .vbp and .frm files to convert, if possible, to zip.

There are lots of programs that do this.

http://www.winzip.com is the most popular. Then, of course, there's http://www.rarsoft.com/

Personally, I use Winzip.

The .zip filetype is a compression format which can compress multiple files into one single file with a smaller footprint. This means that it takes up less space, is faster download etc. The zip compression is also lossless, meaning that there is no loss of data during the compression process and files retain their integrity. Of course, this means you need to extract them at some point to make the files useable again. For information on this and most other file types point your browser at http://www.wotsit.org ;)
