Handle is invalid error saving Crystal 8 report on xp (sp2)

Hi

The following error appears when I try to save a Crystal 8 report "The handle is invalid". The error has only begun since xp sp2 was installed.

All suggestions very welcome.

Is this on your developed machine or when the application is deployed?

It is on my development machine - actually, I have just found a solution listed on another forum - haven't tried it yet but others have had exactly the same problem affecting some (but not all) machines using Crystal 8.5 with Windows XP sp2 and give this answer:

Set File - Properties on the crw32.exe file to Win2000 compatible setting.
