MS Access Referencing Forms Using Module

I have frmemployees and frmproducts (there are many more)
What I would like to do is create a module that will reference all of these forms so that when they open, they open to a new record (acnewrecord).

Any help is appreciated.

Forms("Form_frmMain").Controls("txtFirstName") = "Joe"


This is how you reference the forms. Play around with the Intellisense to find the specific property you want to set, as that I don't know.
