Hi, does anyone know of a method of copying the whole contents of an access table into another table, rather than reading and writing individual records??

Another Access table? With the same format? Then Copy, Paste and Rename I guess...

what I meant to include, is that is being done by a vb program, normally to access the tables I am using ADODB and creating SQL statements to select a record then insert a record, but I just want to be able to "SELECT" ALL records and "INSERT" all records but it appears INSERT with SQL is record at a time. So is there a way in SQL I can do this or another method??
