Deployment Question

I have a project that requires a few other applications to be installed first before it can run. eg. m6 and acrobat reader... etc
How do I use the Setup project template and config in such a way that it will detect for the other applications required and install them if they aren't installed?

Does it have any thing to do with detect dependencies?

I can use the the launch conditions editor to check for file, registry or windows installer. But that will only detect if the programs needed are installed, it doesnt install the programs required.

I have another question. I know you can add files and folders by using the file system editor. If I have a files that needed to be moved into GAC, how do I do it?

In command prompt I need to do this gacutil.exe /i assembly.dll.
Is there a way to do it using the .net application deployment?

You can try the bootstrapper method, but I don't have the XML file for it and I don't know how to do it anyway....

Hopefully someone else can show us the way.
