with out the edges and assign keys to do particular functions

Set the Borderstyle to None and the Windowstate to vbMaximized. Make sure you provide the user a means to close the window..... :-\

As long as you only set boraderstyle to none and windowstate to maximize the user can always minimize the program by atl-tab.:rolleyes:
