Access Form from Excel

Our company has grown to the point where we are moving from Excel to MS Access. We have a sales form in Excel that I would like to create in Access. The form looks something like this:

Company name: ____________

Product A
Product B
Product C
Product D

Beside each product is a check box. Thus, the sales rep fills in the company name and checks each box to represent what the customer ordered.

I am familar with Form in Access but cannot figure out how to show all of our products with a check mark.

Hello, d_Ted and welcome to the forum :). Do you have any current code? Have you designed your tables yet? What version of Access are you working with?
