I am using MSDE. I made a database, and I copied all the files to another computer running MSDE.
How do I add those files to the database on the other computer?
Also, Can anyone recommend a nice free database manager?

In order to easily "copy" an MSDE database from one machine to another, just run a complete. Backup of the source DB and copy it to the destination DB's PC. Then on the destination DB, create a new DB and restore the file you copied.
Microsoft's MSDE website lists some free DB managers, but the two I tried do not compare to Enterprise Manager.

MSDE Admin is not bad, and it's low cost. (on the order of $20 US)

Additionally, if there are only certain things you want to do, or, if the free managers don't do what you need, you can always write the functionality yourself in VB using the SQL-DMO COM object library that comes with MSDE and SQL Server. It is pretty easy to use, and you can replicate anything in Enterprise Manger with it. Of course, you need the time to do this, as anything more than a few functions is no small project :)
