I have a combobox, 3 listboxes and a command button.

the command button brings up a input box to save and name the list.
It then Saves the List to the Access Data Base and all is fine.

Im not sure of how to get the combobox to list the name of the list I created and only one copy of it. (example Name mylist shows for every item, but I only need mylist to show once in the combo box.

Im not sure where to go with this.

Maybe form load open database and pick table 1 of each name and additem to cbobox?????

The Other Problem is with the SQL Statement.

This is a example of what I tried

"SELECT Item, Price, SavedName FROM Inventory where _ SavedName=Combobox.Text"

If Anyone can Help me with that that would be great.

Thanks

Hi jkeene,

Please rephrase what you’re after. Are you accessing your table from another app, like VB6?

Are you trying to add items to a ComboBox, from a table, or running a query based on the selection that you make in a Combobox? - Or something else ?

use

"SELECT DISTINCT Item, Price, SavedName FROM Inventory where _ SavedName=Combobox.Text"
