Storing Images

hai everybody,
I want to know how to store jpeg and mpeg files in the sqlserver database. Which data type we need to use in database. And how to store the data in that data type. I saw that image datatype is there in sqlserver. But i don't know how to store the image files data in that datatype.
I want to retrieve those files in the visual basic application. How to do that . Please help.

Yes, you would use the Image datatype field.

Even though it is for Access, the GetChunk and AppendChunk
methods work exactly the same for SQL Server.
