need pictures of tops of buildings..they sorta gota be a bit cartoonish

i am making a tank game in a city , i need top view pictures of buildings, the game is top view

i 've looked a bit but couldnt find any

Normally games use graphics which have been created for a game, you don't use existing graphics.

You could try www.gamedev.com They have a section in thier forum for people wanting to outsource work. If you don't require much work, and will be releasing the game in some way when it's done then you could get lucky and find someone willing to do it for an art credit.
