Deploy W/O registry change

I would like to deploy a windows application that was created in VB.net without having to register the application in the windows registry. The reason is becuase my clients have locked computers. By that I mean machines where the user is only able to save stuff to "My Documents".
How do I accomplish that?

You don't need to alter the registry to install the application. Just place the executable in a directory they can use.

Though if your application is supposed to be installed the administrator should really give you some way to install it properly.
