Does anybody know why do I receive a Setup Fail when trying to install Visual Studio .Net 2003 in Windows XP SP2?

Before I used to hang out with Windows XP without service packs, I install Visual Studio .Net 2003 and no problem. Now I got the Windows XP SP2 upgrade, so I formatted my computer, installed XP and then upgraded it to SP2. As I begin installing Visual Studio .Net 2003, it takes about an hour of installation and as it finishes, it shows me the screen where it says Setup Failed. Then as I try to view the logs, it doesn't appeas. Why does this happen? Any suggestion what should I do in this case?

Just a thought...try:

x:\msiexex /a vs_setup.msi
where X is your cd-rom drive.

/a is admin

Cheers!
