Property access must assign property

I'm getting the above error when I try to pass a parameter to my class(dll). The entire solution is attached. I've spent over an hour on this and I'm getting nowhere. Search form for watermarktext and you'll see the blue underline. My class defines everything properly and I've added other parameters to this dll but for whatever reason, i keep getting this error.
