Okay, very new to VB and I was just told this could be done.
I want to create an interface with an embedded PDF reader. I'm trying to put out a newsletter in PDF on a CD that can be opened, without having/needing to install a reader. Get what I mean?
I want the user to pop in the CD and voila! The interface opens and they can read the PDF files.
One such example of what I want it to look like is the Zinio Reader (http://www.zinio.com). But I don't want the user to have to install anything. Why? Because, if they were at a public computer without Adobe Reader and wanted to read my PDF, they'll still be able to.
Can VB do this? If so, how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
