Excel and organization chart

Is there a way to set the text of the current textshape in the diagram node?
I keep getting a error "Unable to set the Text property of the Characters class" if I attemp to write to the box?????

This appears to be a bug - I tried all ways I could think of, and couldn't get it to work either.
I also tried Characters.Insert, but that didn't work either.

It works if the node already has text, but not if it's a newly-created node.

Perhaps it's version-specific? I tried with xl2002...

PS: Are you using VB.Net (since you posted in the .Net forum) or VBA or VB6?
