Savepicture not saving form1.dots

I have form1.dots and form1.lines on my form1, but when i try to do

SavePicture Form1.Image, "C:\pics\IMG" & counter & ".bmp"

it saves just the white background and none of my lines and dots... how can i save those too ?

have you set the AutoRedraw property to true?
