.NET Framework with software

I am using Visual Studio.NET 2003 and programmed some software.
I know you need .net framework on your computer to use software from .net. Is there any way I can integrate it with my installation file so the person installing it would not have to install 2 seperate things.

Also, where would I download this software from?
