problem with mshflexgrid

Hi every one

I have used mshflexgrid to display database. I succeeded to display database but problem is the records is not fitted in mshflexgrid cell so my records is long and cell display very short i means to say i need to drag gridline to see complete records.

So , please help me for this i klnow how to do in msflexgrid but i need it in mshflexgrid
