EXE Icon Problem

Hello everyone,

What would cause a program's icon to not show after it is compiled. If I create a new project and use the same icon it shows up when it is compiled, just not in this one project. It will show just left of the form caption, just not on the actual executable. Has anyone had the same problem before?

Icon size, depth, bit is correct
*Works in other programs*

Under the Make tab in Project Properties, check that the icon is set to the right form.
