How do I play MP3 on PPC 2003 using VB.net 2005

Aaaaaargh! I'm trying to write an MP3 player for PPC 2003 using VB.net 2005. Unfortunately the Media Player ocx is not available in vb.net 2005 when writing for a Pocket PC. Does anyone know how to do this, I don't care if I have to buy an ocx, dll or whatever.
