Reading "unreadable" files

I want to read the highscores of a game and save the results to a webpage. The problem is that the saved highscores is saved in a format i can not read.

I have attached an example. If anyone has any idea of how to proceed with this problem i would be very grateful.

That's not a text file, it's a binary file. You'll need to know the format.

Yes i am aware of that, just renamed it to txt to upload it here.

How would i get to know the format? I know people have done this already so it should be possible.
