VB.NET connection to a PDA

Hi, i have a VB.NET application running on my PDA. I was wondering if its possible to connect a different VB.NEt application to the PDA to upload data taken by the other program.

You i see i want to stores data in a access database but the pocket PC project in B.NEt has no reference to ADO which i need, so i was hoping that i could, just connect to the PDA through a different .NET application, which would allow me to upload the data and send it to a MS Access database
