How I can use use "AdvancedDocumentProperties"

I need display AdvancedDocumentProperties from a VB app. But the only sample code I found in http://binaryworld.no-ip.info/Main/CodeDetail.aspx?CodeId=3650 display the windows but when click in OK or Cancel the VB crash's.

I need help!!
