Does anyone know where i can get a copy of the two MSDN cd's? My company did have a copy of it, but one of our developers has just left and has taken it with him!

MS should send you new ones if you have proof of purchace of VB. If not, I don't think you can get them. But, you can use http://msdn.microsoft.com.

The only correct way to get those CDs is from Microsoft. An
updated set might help you too because there is a great deal
more info in it now since it went from 2 to 3 CDs (unfortunately,
they are replacing a good deal of the older stuff with .Net instead
of just adding the .Net stuff in with it. I guess they don't want to
go to 4 CDs.)

Why not chase your ex-developer for them? If he refuses to give them back then report him to the police for theft.

Did they not make a DVD version of MSDN?

Yes, it now comes in a single DVD. Maybe someday it will be 3
DVDs.
