hi! i'm just a newbie in vs.net and i am so eager to learn this language because it's almost like doing codes in java (which is my favorite language). i'm using the book VS.Net Introduction to Visual Basic as my primary reference in learning the language. i was just about to get it going with vb.net when all of a sudden in one of the exercises of the book, i found out that i have so many missing bases and interfaces i.e. "InternalFocus" of a Form. how can this be possible when i have installed everything from the 5CD installer of VS.Net? that's as in i have not missed any feature because i have ticked everything listed in the options section prior to the installation of vs.net. please anyone, explain to me, what is wrong with my vs.net installation? i'm running my vs.net under windows 2000 prof. tnx.
