Help...Putting and Getting Files

I am writing a program in which I would like to do a simple put and get of files to and from my own personal FTP site. Can anyone show me how to accomplish this?

the dll makes it extremely simple.

You can use the Inet control from MS. This lets you run GET and PUT (among many other things) statements on FTP sites. You can add it to your project by going to Project >> Components >> Microsoft Internet Transfer Control.
